Built on Main Street,
made for the neighborhood.

South Side Bistro started with a simple belief: a great cup of coffee and a well-made drink shouldn't require a trip downtown. We opened our doors on 31 Main St with one mission — to serve our community something we'd actually be proud to drink.

That means single-origin beans roasted within the region, spirits selected for provenance rather than margin, and a space where the regulars know your name and the barista knows your order. It's not a gimmick. It's just how we run things.

Pour Over Rotating single-origin, ask your barista

Cortado Equal parts espresso and steamed milk

Flat White Velety microfoam over a double ristretto

Cold Brew 18-hour steep, served over hand-cut ice

Iced Latte Double shot, oat or dairy, your call

Matcha Latte Ceremonial-grade, whisked to order

Main Street Negroni Gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, expressed orange peel

Glens Falls Mule Vodka, house ginger shrub, lime, ginger beer

Espresso Martini Vodka, fresh espresso, coffee liqueur, vanilla

Old Fashioned Rye or bourbon, house bitters, orange, Luxardo cherry

Paloma Tequila blanco, fresh grapefruit, lime, pinch of salt
